War on Drugs

The first ever anti-illegal drugs campaign caravan in the municipality was conducted last July 4, 2016 in full support to President Rodrigo Duterte’s call to eliminate drug problems in the country. The caravan was attended by municipal officials and employees as well as from the AFP, PNP, Academe, Youth, Barangay Officials, CSOs, Students and Religious Sectors among others.

Project DUTERTE stands for;

E – nforcement

B – urahin ang

U – miiral na

D – roga sa Maluso
